Oversee and manage a team of 7 accounting professionals, ensuring streamlined, accurate and timely sales invoicing and purchase accounting processes
Oversee end-to-end sales accounting including invoicing, credit/debit notes and revenue booking
Ensure accurate GST compliance on sales (HSN, tax rates, place of supply, e-invoice/e-way bill)
Monitor customer receivables, ageing analysis and coordinate with sales team for collections
Supervise purchase accounting including vendor invoices, GRN matching and expense booking
Ensure correct Input GST Credit (ITC) booking and reconciliation
Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Supervise preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation)
Ensure compliance with TDS, TCS and other statutory requirements
Prepare and review monthly MIS, sales & purchase reports, GST summaries
Ensure timely monthly closing of books related to sales and purchases
Maintain strong internal controls over accounting processes
Coordinate with auditors, consultants and tax authorities during audits and assessments
Lead and guide accounts team members handling sales and purchase accounting
Coordinate with sales, procurement, logistics and stores teams for smooth operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
