Manager, Accounting Department

As a Finance Manager, your role will involve managing Accounting, Financials, and Reporting activities for the entity. You will support month and year-end close processes, enhance internal controls, and participate in automation projects. Your responsibilities will also include account reconciliation and conducting data analysis using advanced Excel skills. Key Responsibilities: - Support month/year-end close activities - Collaborate with internal departments for accounting entries - Review the general ledger - Ensure timely completion of monthly closing processes and account reconciliations - Prepare and publish MIS reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis - Work with auditors to provide accurate information - Take independent responsibilities for specific assignments - Drive process improvements Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience - Inter CA with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience - Knowledge of mortgage lending and servicing businesses - Familiarity with US GAAP/IFRS accounting standards - Proficiency in Oracle and MS Office The company's work schedule for this role is from 2 PM to 11 PM.,
