Job Description

- Preparation of complex single & consolidationcorporate returns including complex operating partnership returns.

- Detail review of corporate and partnership book to taxreconciliation & tax returns of both federal & state jurisdictionprepared by tax staff.

- Identify potential adjustments due to tax law changes andreflect on work-papers and returns.

- Support staff in resolving tax issues identified andcomplete tax returns within set deadlines.

- Know international filing requirements and able to reviewinternational forms.

- Train new joiners on concepts & technology and sharetimely feedback for each of the project reviewed.

- Independently manage kick-off & regular connects withUS counterparts and keep track of budgets.

- Knowledge of efile validation of returns and connect Gosupport for complex diagnostics clearing

Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification hands-onexperience with U.S. accounting firm;

- Education: B. Com or M. Com. Or MBA Finance or CA Inter;

- Experience and knowledge of U.S. Tax Code isrequired;

- Strong command of the English Language, bothwritten and verbal communication;

- Strong commitment to an entrepreneurial workethic;

- Competently analyzes and prioritizesinformation to make appropriate recommendations; and

- Ability to manage multiple engagementssimultaneously and communicate as a team with the Domestic (US) engagement teams.
