Job Description

We have an urgent requirement for the position of Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition for Ludhiana Location.

Role & responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online top job portals based on client's requirement.
Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.
Sharing Clients Company job profile with the candidate, while conducting interview in detail.
Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face-to-face interview round with company managers.
Sharing the profile with Client Company through mails and verbal communication.
Lining up candidates based on shortlisting from client company side.
Taking feedback from client company after the interview.
Coordinating with the client company HR Team for offer generation and documentation.
Follow up with the candidate till joining and till the replacement clause from the client company side.
Daily Reporting & Submission of daily MIS to seniors.

Preferred candidate profile:

Must be a Graduate
Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written)
Go Getter Attitude
