Management Trainee - Recruitment

As a Management Trainee HR (Recruitment) at our company, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. - Coordinate interviews and effectively manage communication with candidates. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements accurately. - Utilize data and analytics to enhance recruitment efficiency. - Assist in supporting employer branding and campus hiring initiatives. Qualifications: - B.Tech / B.E. in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. - Should have a genuine interest in HR recruitment and people processes.
