Management Trainee

DEPARTMENT: Admission Management LOCATION: Bengaluru (with travel across Karnataka) REPORTING TO: Managing Director (MD) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Visit schools, PU colleges and Homes across Karnataka for student data collection and admission promotion (Healthcare & Hospitality) (Mandatory). *Conduct home counseling, documentation, and follow-ups for admissions.*Build strong relations with institutions, parents, and students to drive enrollments.*Lead presentations, brochure distribution, and outreach events. Medical Education Camp.,*Handle tele-calling and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.*Meet all daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets with consistency. REQUIREMENTS: MBA-PG-Graduate, Must have good communication, data collection, and time management skills. Positive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure MANDATORY: Two-wheeler with valid DL, Laptop, and willingness to travel statewide.
