Management Trainee

The job requires a recent graduate or someone with experience who has completed a Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a background in the following majors: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering (excluding Telecommunications sub-major), Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering. A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 is necessary. The candidate should be able to work well in a team, proficient in both spoken and written English, possess good interpersonal skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities. Willingness to be placed in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Purwakarta is a must. The role involves participating in a Structured Development Program designed to prepare fresh graduates and young professionals with technical skills and good work ethics to accelerate their careers at PT.
