Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals for our Management Trainee Program in the Hospitality Division of the Company. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple departments within the company. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and will get direct coaching and on the job training from seasoned professionals. Our program is designed to immerse you in real-world challenges, fostering rapid professional growth and preparing you for future leadership roles within our organization.

Program Structure

• 12-month program providing diverse experiences.
• Upon successful completion, continue your Employment with us in the career path aligned to your core competency.

Key Responsibilities

During the training period, the trainee will:

• Undertake special assignments under the mentorship of senior managers.
• Present periodic performance updates to the leadership team.

Eligibility Criterion - Education

• MBA (Hotel Management)
• MBA (Hotel & Catering Management) students can also apply for this program. But the scope of catering management will be very minimal. Students who are strongly inclined towards catering management careers may skip this opportunity.
• Up to 2 years of experience including Freshers (Already graduated in 2023 / 2024 / 2025)
• Those who are about to graduate in 2026 may apply. However, their applications will be considered only for subsequent batch of intakes.

Note: Candidates who are shortlisted will be expected to join in immediately as the start dates will be as early as Sep 2025.
