Management Trainee - Merchant Banking

Job Description: As a candidate for this role, you should be well versed with Companies Act, ICDR, LODR, SAST Regulations of SEBI, Income Tax, FEMA, etc. Your ability to work effectively in teams is crucial for this position. You should also be willing to travel to client locations for due diligence and possess excellent oral and written communication skills while maintaining a professional appearance. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting Due Diligence & Drafting of Offer Documents - Liaising with Clients, Legal Counsels, Registrar, share Transfer Agents, Auditors, and other intermediaries - Coordinating with BSE, NSE, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, and other authorities as required - Managing proper documentation as mandated by Merchant Banker - Providing advice to clients on Good Corporate Governance practices and compliance with various Acts and guidelines - Developing policies in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations Qualifications: - Freshers with a CS background or other professionals with the necessary knowledge are encouraged to apply Additional Details: The company is located in Andheri (East), Mumbai.
