Engineering Graduates who passed-out in 2025 (very good candidates from 2024 batch can also be considered) and have a flair for design engineering are needed as Management Trainees-Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical). Knowledge of CAD would be an advantage. Civil graduates with knowledge of Staad would be preferred. General non-quota candidates from good institutes, having secured engineering admissions through merit seats alone need apply. The candidates should preferably have cleared GATE. Alternatively, they should rank in top five from their institute, with a consistent score above 70%.
