Management Trainee – IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in migrating manual processes to digital platforms (mainly Zoho)
• Support IT team in software implementation, testing, and documentation
• Coordinate with different departments to understand process flows and digitize them
• Maintain basic IT records and assist in troubleshooting when required
• Provide support in training staff on new digital systems and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Zoho applications (CRM, People, Projects, etc.)
• Understanding of business/management processes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to digital transformation projects
