Job Description

Role & responsibilities Proposed Location Remote ; US Shift Job Description: Develop deep product knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company, its product portfolio, and value proposition. Utilize this expertise to craft thorough responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and actively participate in the creation of persuasive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs). Manage the Deal Cycle: Oversee the bidding process from initiation to completion. This entails fostering close collaboration with various internal teams, such as delivery, technical, and contracts, throughout the entire deal cycle. Content Development and Management: Establish and maintain sales content repositories. This includes creating reusable content templates, collaborating with the marketing team in developing customer case studies, and crafting standardized sales presentations that effectively showcase the company's and product capabilities. Conduct Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Engage in comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge. This encompasses understanding industry trends, competitor offerings, and identifying potential opportunities for the organization and its products. Secure Speaking Engagements at Industry Conferences: Proactively identify relevant industry conferences for the US BD team. Take the initiative to submit compelling writeups for speaker slots and closely coordinate with the conference organizer during the conference execution. Maintain close coordination with conference organizers throughout the event execution phase. Collaborate with Marketing for Conference Outreach: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic conference outreach campaigns. Acceptance Criteria Must have: A strong commitment to the company's mission, values, and ethical principles A meticulous approach to work ensures accuracy and completeness in all tasks Ability to work in a high-energy, dynamic work atmosphere while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Adapts well to collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders across diverse time zones Proficient communicator with strong verbal, written, and listening skills in English Good to have: A prior understanding of IT infrastructure and networking is an added advantage Proficiency in using tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
