Role Overview: As a Management Trainee-Grade 1 at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of the Showroom. You will be required to understand sales, profitability, and other business targets along with the achievement methodology. Additionally, you will be involved in counter sales to grasp sales, product knowledge, customer purchase behavior, and market trends. It is important for you to understand the sales data analysis process of the showroom and suggest sales efficiency, quality improvements, and cost optimization benchmarking leading practices. Your role will also include maintaining stock levels and replenishment based on sales and customer preferences. Interacting with customers to understand their requirements, buying patterns, and ensuring they are served as per the Brand Promise will be a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you are expected to understand the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest measures for cost savings through the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
