Role Management Trainee/ Executive – Investor Services Department Location Hyderabad Qualification Profile MBA/CS /CA/PGDM Experience 0-3 years of Relevant Experience Job Responsibilities Handling of Investor's Complaints / Disputes Receipt of Complaint & Forwarding complaints and documents to parties Scrutiny of Complaints and follow-up with parties for their submission. Arrange Pre-conciliation calls between parties. Handling of arbitration matters Providing secretarial assistance on arbitration matters Co-ordinating /Conduct Investor Awareness Programmes Tracking of IG/Arbitration Communication. Follow-up with Trading Members for various compliances Co-ordination with ODR Institution for arranging conciliation / arbitration hearing. Ensure closure of cases within Turn Around Time (TAT).
