Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee (Customer Relations) located in Gurugram. The Management Trainee will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with customer onboarding. Daily tasks include maintaining client records, resolving any issues clients may face, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance overall customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Onboarding skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of health and fitness is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Customer Relations, or a related field
