Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented fresher to work closely with the CEOs/Business Heads of startups as part of an Incubation setup. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to startup operations, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable handling diverse and fast-paced tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating project plans, tracking progress, and following up on key deliverables.
Manage day-to-day office operations, handle travel & hotel bookings, schedule meetings, and organize documentation.
Set up and manage emails, draft professional correspondence, and coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Assist in maintaining records, managing bank accounts, payments, and basic financial documentation.
Conduct business and financial research, prepare presentations.
Prepare periodic progress reports, trackers, and dashboards for management review.

Desired Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication (written & verbal) and organizational skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to multitask and adapt quickly to new challenges
High sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working in a startup environment with tight timelines

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (any discipline)
Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
