Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Kochi. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, learning and applying management principles, participating in meetings, and contributing to strategic planning. The candidate will also be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing organizational performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Management Trainee will collaborate with different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business functions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
