Management Intern

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee, located in Gurugram. The Management Trainee will be responsible for understanding the different facets of the jewellery business, assisting various departments, learning and executing company policies, managing operations, and supporting the management team. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with team members, conducting market research, handling customer queries, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in retail or luxury goods is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

CTC: Upto 4 Lacs Per Annum.
