Management Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with senior managers and department heads on various projects involving operations, strategy, and business analysis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business management and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing business strategies and initiatives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review

Support cross-functional teams in project coordination and implementation

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights

Analyze operational processes and suggest improvements

Participate in meetings and take minutes or action items

Help manage internal documentation and records

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
