Management faculty

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our academic team as Faculty for Diploma in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and other management-related diploma programs. Freshers with the right qualification, strong communication skills, and passion for teaching are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom sessions for diploma programs such as: Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Office Administration, Human Resource Management.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials as per the curriculum.
• Deliver lectures using interactive and practical teaching methods.
• Guide students in projects, assignments, and presentations.
• Conduct internal assessments and assist with student evaluations.
• Support academic events, seminars, and student development activities.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: M.Com (Master of Commerce)
• Freshers are welcome. Prior teaching or industry experience is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong subject knowledge in logistics, supply chain, and basic management.
• proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, word and PPT) and ability to use teaching aids
