Job Description

Role Overview: As a Managed Services Operations Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for working closely with internal service delivery teams to plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of operational activities and processes to deliver on approved operational plans and continuously improve service delivery. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of complex services by carrying out routine operational tasks and implementing a services model that meets business needs for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the shift roster and ensure all operations metrics are monitored. - Adhere to and manage shift handover processes. - Manage in-shift escalations from clients. - Dashboard all key Metrics and manage situations about to be breached. - Ensure services meet the stated service level agreement (SLA) levels. - Enable cost-effective, client-centric delivery that meets SLAs through operational deliverables. - Monitor operational effectiveness of support services and develop/implement improvement plans. - Balance client needs with the strategic direction of the organization. - Work with relevant service teams to resolve core issues affecting clients. - Identify needs, risks, and issues and propose appropriate solutions and courses of action. - Provide input to Operations Managers and Service Managers during client reviews. - Perform any other advanced operational tasks as required by leadership. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - ITIL foundation certification.
