Job Description

In the role at PwC, you will be part of the Managed Services team, focusing on providing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. Your responsibilities will involve streamlining operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency by managing key processes and functions. Utilize your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients. Specifically, in managed service management and strategy, your focus will be on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, commercials, performance, and delivery risk. Additionally, you will work on continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services. - Assist in managing transition projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Support project managers in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies. - Prepare clear and concise presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in stakeholder communication and management to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve transition processes and methodologies. - Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with SAP/ERP transitions is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services. - Knowledge of Process Mapping and Re-engineering. - Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. Transition operations maintain quality and standardization across all towers of the Managed Services Practice, irrespective of engagement size or customer size. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in Power BI or any data visualization tool and reporting. - Excellent Presentation skills. - Continuous Improvement (CI) knowledge. - Change Management expertise. - Understanding of Technologies (Infra &/or App) and willingness to learn new technologies. - Knowledge of MS Office suite (MPP & Visio in particular).
