Managed Service Operations Analyst II

As a Managed Service Operations Analyst II at FIS, you will be responsible for working on CDO/CLO products and conducting end-to-end cash reconciliation for CLO deals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Investigating cash breaks and collaborating with functional teams - Preparing reports for internal and external reporting - Creating and circulating manual documents - Building partnerships with clients" oversight and control groups, trading desks, and client services to ensure contractual commitments are met according to Standard Operating Procedures, Risk & Control Framework, and Service Level Agreements - Contributing to the continuous improvement of services, the control environment, and overall client experience with a "we challenge" mindset To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce - 5-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Syndicate loan operations (CDO/CLO) with a good understanding of cash flow and reconciliation - Domain knowledge of financial products such as Syndicate Loans, CLO, CDO, Bonds, Bank loans, MBS - Hands-on experience in reconciliation (Cash, Stock), trade processing, and settlements - Strong understanding of Capital markets, Reconciliation (Assets, Cash), Portfolio Accounting, and Security Setups - Strong written and verbal communication skills Additionally, it would be a bonus if you have experience in: - Automation projects - Migration and on-boarding of new clients - Conducting projects for process improvement - In-depth knowledge of Syndicate Loan and Capital Market - Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Power Query, and automation tools and methodologies FIS, with over 50 years of history in the financial services industry, is the world's largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions.
