Job Description

As a Manager-Record to Report at Genpact, you will lead a large R2R team to ensure smooth execution of month end, quarter end, and yearend preparation. You will be responsible for balancing the team's workload, streamlining existing processes, and removing non-value added activities. Your attention to detail will be crucial in completing all month end activities within agreed timelines and quality standards, while meeting critical metrics and SLAs. Working closely with FP&As and onshore teams, you will ensure completeness and accuracy of expenses, review balance sheet and PL reconciliations, and liaise with Stat auditors. Your role will also involve trend analysis for both P&L and BS, timely submission of Accounting packs for USGAAP audit, meeting month end and quarter end books close deadlines, ensuring SOX Compliance, and assisting the team with disclosures for audits. The qualifications we seek in you include a Graduate in Commerce/CA/MBA Finance, proficiency in English, intermediate level of accounting knowledge, communication skills, and PC skills. Preferred qualifications include personal culture and client management expertise, high motivation, ability to learn, and working under time pressure.
