Man Power Planning & Roster Management

As the Manpower Planner at the company located at Kempegowda International Airport, your responsibilities will include: - Planning & maintaining monthly rosters to ensure optimal allocation of manpower based on flight schedules, seasonal fluctuations, and cargo volumes. - Managing manpower numbers in alignment with leaves, sickness, attrition, and replacements, as well as promotions.
