Job Description for Nurses

1. Educational Qualification/Work Experience

· Must have minimum 15 years of total work experience post GNM including minimum 2-5 years of ICU/Casualty Department experience and minimum 10 years of Industrial OHC experience.

· Must be familiar with SAP work (PR Creation, Service Entry, Making reservations).

· Must be able to conduct Investigations like ECG, Pulmonary Function Tests, Audiometry.

2. Duty Timings

· Shift of 12 Hours.

3. Loaction - Khopoli - (Khalapur)

4. OPD and Emergencies

· Record patient’s medical information and vital signs.

· Ensure adherence to medical protocols for routine and emergency cases.

· Working collaboratively with supervising physician on providing effective medical treatment and case management.

· Extends moral support and counselling to employees.

· Dispensing Medicines to Patients as per Instructions of Medical Officer.

5. Medical Aid

· Render Medical aid for injury cases and emergencies

· Monitoring vital signs of patients (BP monitoring, blood sugar monitoring etc.)

· Must have knowledge of Emergency Medicines and capable of using Emergency Equipment’s like Defibrillator, Cardiac Monitor, Suction Machine, ECG Machine, Oxygen Concentrator.

6. Health Promotional Activities

· Support in organizing health awareness sessions / camps for the employees.

· Maintaining records collected during these sessions and maintaining follow up with the employees.

7. Legal Compliances

· Ensure adherence as per the legal guidelines and health and safety standards like Proper handling and disposal of Bio Medical waste.

· Prepare for internal and external audits.

8. Record Keeping

· Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly check sheets of equipment’s.

· Must be able to work with common software’s like word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

· Maintaining health related data of various activities undertaken at medical center in Hard and soft copy.

· Generating daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS.

· Maintaining inventory of medicines and consumables utilized in Hard and Soft Copy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
