Position: GNM Nurse (Air Ambulance / Call & Training Support)
Location: Air Rescuers Worldwide Private Limited Unit No. 122 1st Floor, Sai World Legend, Paradise Plaza, Near Shahad Railway Station, Shahad (East), Kalyan, Maharashtra – 42100
Shift Timing: 12 Hours (Day/Night Rotational)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and skilled GNM Nursing professionals to join our Air Ambulance and Emergency Medical Services team. The role involves patient care during medical evacuations, responding to emergency calls, and providing training support for ground and air operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care and monitoring to patients during air ambulance and ground transfers.
• Assist doctors and paramedics with emergency procedures and life-support systems.
• Attend emergency medical calls and ensure timely response for patient assistance.
• Deliver basic training and guidance to support staff and attendants.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical reports during transfers.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Handle 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night) with flexibility for emergencies.

Requirements

• GNM Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical/ICU/emergency care experience (Air Ambulance/ICU preferred).
• Ability to handle high-pressure emergencies.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and travel if required.
