Job Summary: Responsible for on-ground coordination of ambulance services, including dispatch support, hospital visits, and emergency response facilitation. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the control room for timely ambulance dispatch. Visit hospitals, accident sites, and client locations as required. Ensure ambulances are field-ready (equipment, fuel, cleanliness). Liaise with medical staff and patient families during service. Maintain service logs and collect feedback. Requirements: HSC or Graduate in any stream. 1–2 years of field experience (healthcare preferred). Valid driving license; own vehicle preferred. Good communication in Marathi, Hindi & English.
