Job Description

As an Occupational Health Nurse, your primary responsibility is to promote and maintain the health, safety, and well-being of employees in the workplace. You will be involved in providing nursing care, conducting health assessments, managing workplace injuries and illnesses, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with management, safety personnel, and healthcare providers to develop and implement health programs that enhance employee productivity and reduce workplace health risks. Your key responsibilities include: - Providing first aid, emergency care, and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses. - Conducting pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments. - Managing and monitoring employees with chronic conditions or disabilities to ensure workplace accommodations. - Administering vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness programs. - Developing and implementing injury prevention and health promotion programs. - Educating employees on occupational health risks, safety protocols, and healthy lifestyle practices. - Training employees on first aid, CPR, and emergency evacuation procedures. To be eligible for this role, you should have a GNM or B.Sc in Nursing. Additionally, a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience is required.,
