Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Doctor AFIH located in Rayagada. The responsibilities include providing medical care and consultations, conducting health assessments, managing occupational health issues, and ensuring workplace safety and compliance with health regulations. The role also involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals and conducting employee health programs to promote preventive care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Occupational Health, Employee Health Management, and AFIH certification
• Proficiency in diagnosing and managing various medical conditions and providing workplace-related medical care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders effectively
• Knowledge of medical compliance standards and workplace safety regulations
• Ability to plan and conduct wellness programs and health screenings
• M.B.B.S. degree with AFIH certification (mandatory)
• Prior experience in corporate healthcare or occupational health settings is an added advantage
