Role & responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on: Basic First Aid (BFA) Basic Fire Fighting (BFF) Women Safety Awareness and Empowerment Other emergency preparedness modules as required Adapt delivery style to suit different audiences (corporate, educational institutions, community groups, etc.) Use audiovisual tools and simulations to enhance training effectiveness Content Development Assist in the creation, update, and customization of training material Develop presentations, manuals, case studies, and assessments in collaboration with the content team Stay updated with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in safety and emergency response Event and Project Deployment Participate in on-ground deployments for live training sessions, events, drills, and special projects Coordinate logistics, setup, and material handling at training sites Ensure high standards of delivery and participant engagement during events Project Management & Liaisoning Act as the primary liaison for assigned training projects Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, feedback, and reporting metrics Quality Improvement & Innovation Identify areas for improvement in training delivery and content Contribute to the enhancement of training programs based on participant feedback and learning outcomes Experiment with innovative techniques for better training retention and engagement Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
