Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Malayali HR Executive located in New Delhi. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing general HR management. Daily tasks include facilitating recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to employees on HR-related issues.

Qualifications

• HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluency in Malayalam and English
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
