Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our facility's maintenance operations in Bengaluru West near Kengeri. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and a commitment to ensuring all equipment and systems function efficiently, irrespective of the day, date, and year. Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance operations of the facility to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment and systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with production schedules and .operational needs. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status for reporting and analysis. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities. Manage budgets for maintenance operations and report on expenses. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 6-12 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication skill in English, Kannada and Hindi.
