Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with production schedules and .operational needs. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 6-12 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication skill in English, Kannada and Hindi.
