Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day society complaints related to electrical and plumbing systems. The candidate should be skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain smooth operations.

Attend and resolve society residents’ complaints related to plumbing and electrical systems.
Carry out regular inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, water pumps, pipelines, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot and repairing electrical faults, short circuits, or plumbing leakages.
Coordinate with the facility/maintenance manager for escalated issues.
Maintain records of complaints and service activities.
Ensure safety standards and proper tools usage during maintenance work.
