Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Lords, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep of electric vehicles (EV) and commercial vehicles. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various EV-related systems, such as batteries, motors, inverters, and charging infrastructure. It will be your duty to ensure that EV systems operate efficiently and safely through routine maintenance and prompt issue resolution. Your key responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and repairing EV components, conducting preventative maintenance to optimize vehicle performance, and keeping accurate records of all service and repair activities. You will also be required to interact with customers and dealers to address service needs and vehicle issues, provide technical support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold quality standards and safety regulations in all service and repair work. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering or a related field. Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, proficiency in troubleshooting EV components, good communication skills, and familiarity with EV technologies are essential. Any prior experience in automotive service or a related field, along with EV-specific certifications, will be advantageous. Additionally, after-sales experience followed by a sales stint will be a valuable asset. Furthermore, you should be equipped with strong product knowledge, communication skills, and analytical abilities. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desired, and you must be willing to travel to various locations as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The job entails a day shift schedule and offers performance bonuses.
