Maintenance Technician-Production

Job Description: You will be responsible for maintaining overall operation and process as per requirements and controlling the cost of the assigned operation area by efficiently managing available resources and safeguarding the quality and safety of people and products. Key Responsibilities: - Perform PM checks as per the log sheet - Conduct hygiene and cleaning checks of the production area - Follow startup checks as per SOP - Perform CCP checks and maintain records - Carry out operations and maintain records - Instruct the team for work allocation - Monitor KPIs including process efficiency, waste reduction, productivity, downtime, and HSE Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of relevant functional experience in a reputed company - Qualification of 10th / ITI Additional Details: The business unit for this role is Pristine Ingredients (PIPL) under the business group Bakery (BK01).,
