Job Description

Mechanical Responsibilities: -

Should be awareness of Thoroughly check all instruments on daily basis to keep plant

running as effectively as possible with as few breakdowns as possible.

Should be good knowledge of motor, gear box, reactor vessels, pipelines, various type

of valve, selection of pipe, gate valve, gear pump, selection of couplings Centrifugal pump,
Compressor, Vacuum pump, jockey, pump amp; fire hydrant system etc.

Knowledge of Boiler, thermic fluid heater, cooling tower, and basic knowledge of

welding, pressure testing, application of heat amp; general knowledge of spare parts etc.

Flexible in shift duty, good coordination with all department, amp; should be ability to

perform well in heavy work load.

Should be knowledge of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance,
Should be ability to act immediately in accurate manner without any production loss.

Electrical Responsibilities: -

Having knowledge of electrical equipment like DG, Electrical Panel, VFD drive, MCB,

rotary switch, motor heath conditions, stirrer mixing machine amp; basic knowledge of moving
machinery forklift, stacker etc.

Should be knowledge of Multi meter amp; meagre use, digital temperature controller uses,

weighing scale etc.

Should be capable of identifying the upcoming break downs.
Should be basic knowledge of planning, estimating amp; costing.

Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent qualification
Diploma in ITI

Experience- 1-2 years
