The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance procedures, as well as demonstrated leadership abilities. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing a team effectively while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance schedules, managing a team of technicians, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, ordering parts and supplies, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. A strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with various types of equipment are essential. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred, but other relevant experience will also be considered. The candidate must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and demonstrate a commitment to safety protocols.
