Job Description

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on hotel equipment, guest rooms, and public areas.
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
Repair and maintain systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure all safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting) are operational and compliant with regulations.
Maintain maintenance logs and records for all equipment and repairs.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Assist in installation and setup of new equipment or systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
