The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronic engineering and hands-on experience in maintaining complex assembly line equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage maintenance activities for assembly line equipment.
• Ensure high equipment uptime and quick response to breakdowns.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Implement and monitor safety systems including LOTO, work permits, and confined space protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain documentation and compliance, and Track and improve maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and equipment uptime.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of

   PLC systems and components

2. Proven experience in

   assembly shop maintenance

   .
3. Proficiency in

   maintenance metrics

   – MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, RCA, CAPA.
4. Effective

   maintenance planning and execution

   .
5. Proficiency in

   MS Office

   (Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Tamil

  (written and spoken).
