Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Civil & Mechanical Department: Maintenance & Repair Role Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and repair activities, ensuring smooth operations across facilities. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring legal compliance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks. Manage vendor coordination for timely repair and service. Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards. Maintain accurate records using Excel and reporting tools. Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime. Requirements: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 2–3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and compliance. Basic proficiency in MS Excel. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
