Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and addressing issues in electrical and mechanical systems, identifying the root causes of problems, and implementing effective solutions. Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to reduce the likelihood of equipment breakdowns and costly repairs. Repair and Replacement: Coordinating repair activities, ordering replacement parts, and ensuring timely restoration of equipment to minimize production disruptions. Team Management: Supervising maintenance technicians and staff, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure efficient and effective maintenance activities. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards to prevent accidents and injuries. Equipment Calibration: Overseeing the calibration of equipment and instruments to maintain accuracy and reliability. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history for future reference and analysis. Training: Providing training and guidance to maintenance staff on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills. Emergency Response: Managing emergency maintenance situations and coordinating rapid response to minimize downtime and production losses.
