Maintenance Planner

Role Overview: You will be responsible for generating high-quality job plans and work packs to facilitate efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution of work. This includes planning work order tasks by clearly defining the work required by craft and associated equipment and materials to ensure safe and efficient completion of the job. Additionally, you will manage daily backlog within your area of responsibility, ensuring work is cleaned up and prioritized. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain job plan libraries and ensure that Job Plans are comprehensive, accurate, and easily accessible to all stakeholders. - Identify the necessary people, tools, materials, services, and procedures required for a quality work pack. - Request modifications or creation of master data such as new materials, locations, or description changes. - Identify opportunities for improvement and basic defect elimination in the day-to-day execution of work. - Follow Global Work Management processes and standards within planning activities, monitor agreed-upon KPIs, and take appropriate actions to address deviations from targets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum of 5+ years of relevant technical field experience in both Rotary and Static equipment Maintenance and Planning.
