Position Overview:
The scheduler is accountable for scheduling activity within Maintenance to generate a high-quality optimised, deliverable functional schedule can be integrated into the overall site schedule for safe and efficient execution
Key Responsibilities:
The Planner is responsible for planning work order tasks by clearly identifying the work needed by craft and associated equipment and materials to complete the job safely and efficiently
Responsible for the generation of high-quality job plans and work packs to allow efficient scheduling, assignment and execution of work
Responsible for daily backlog management, within their area of responsibility, to clean up and prioritize work
Responsible for maintaining job plan libraries and ensuring Job Plans are complete, accurate and easily accessible to all
Responsible for identifying the people, tools, materials, services, and procedures needed for a quality work pack
Responsible for requesting modification or creation of master data such as new materials, new locations, description changes, etc
Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and basic defect elimination in the day-to-day execution of work
Participating in the development and continual optimization of Maintenance Builds, ensuring appropriate Equipment Strategy tasks are transitioned into the CMMS and the work packaged and nested to enable efficient execution of work
Responsible for following Global Work Management processes and standards within planning activities and monitoring the agreed upon KPIs, taking appropriate actions to close the deviation from target
Required (MUST) Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
Hands on experience on Maintenance of Rotary and Static equipment (Pump Centrifugal-single multistage, Sealing system, PD pumps, Gear Box, compressor, Turbine, VRU, Valves, piping system, vessels, HEs etc)
Hands on experience on Planning (How to plan)
Vendor Management Skills
SAP PM & MM Module experience
Secondary Skills:
Experienced with Fiori, Digital Twin and exposure to Various tools
Stakeholder Management
Remote Planning experience
Exposure to Scheduling and Reliability
Inventory Management
Key Competencies:
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
Data-driven decision making
Sound knowledge of offshore facilities and thorough understanding of typical equipment used
Proficient using SAP PM and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and influence skills
Self-starter who can think innovatively to solve our highest value problems
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals across levels
Fluent in spoken and written English communication skills
