Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food industry to oversee equipment maintenance and ensure uninterrupted production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and sudden troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults in real time to ensure minimal disruption to production.
• Monitor and inspect machines regularly to identify potential issues and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for seamless operation.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Recommend improvements to equipment performance and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in the food processing or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong troubleshooting ability for sudden breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Sound knowledge of mechanical components like conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors, and utilities (e.g., compressors, boilers, etc.).
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Factory premises in Sodhpur, Madhyamgram.
• Full-time, onsite role.
