Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Plan and implement sales strategies to drive showroom footfall and vehicle sales. Monitor individual and team performance; conduct regular reviews and provide training and support.
