Maintenance Manager

You will be joining Sparkhub Renewables Private Limited as a full-time Maintenance Manager, based in Rajkot, Gujarat. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and resolve machine and electrical issues, both electrical and mechanical, while also developing and maintaining a minimum spares inventory. Collaboration with the Operations team to devise strategies and ensure smooth plant operations will also be a key aspect of your role. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine maintenance, preferably from the automobile industry or Solar PV manufacturing sector. Proficiency in inventory management is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. Experience in the renewable energy or technology sector would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E) in electrical or mechanical engineering is required for this position.,
