Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Kanpur, responsible for overseeing the maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and a proven track record of ensuring equipment reliability.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
Conduct regular inspections and repairs to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues.
Analyze data and metrics to measure maintenance effectiveness and make informed decisions.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Train and guide junior staff members on maintenance procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the Packaging & Containers industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
