Plant Maintenance Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  maintenance strategies

  to optimize plant performance and minimize downtime.
• Oversee day-to-day

  preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

  activities across mechanical and electrical assets.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  
• Drive

  asset management plans

  to extend asset life and control costs.
• Ensure strict compliance with

  safety and environmental regulations

  .
• Manage maintenance budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  
• Champion

  continuous improvement initiatives

  to enhance reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum 13+

  years

  of maintenance management experience in biofuels, chemicals, oil & gas, or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of

  maintenance management principles

  , asset management, and reliability engineering.
• Proven leadership abilities to drive performance and build high-performing teams.
  
• Experience with

  CMMS and maintenance digital tools

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in maintenance management or reliability engineering (e.g., CMRP, CRL).
  
• Exposure to large-scale plant operations and scaling up facilities.
